(d) : $p(x)=x^{2}+4 x+3=x^{2}+3 x+x+3$ $$ =x(x+3)+1(x+3)=(x+3)(x+1) $$ The value of $p(x)$ is zero, when $x+3=0$ or $x+1=0$\ i.e., when $x=-3$ or $x=-1$\ So, zeroes of polynomial $p(x)$ are -3 and -1 .\
