(b) : Sum of zeroes $=2 \sqrt{3}$ Product of zeroes = 3\ $	herefore \quad$ Required quadratic polynomial is $k\left[x^{2}-2 \sqrt{3} x+3ight]$ $$ =k\left[x^{2}-2 	imes \sqrt{3} 	imes x+(\sqrt{3})^{2}ight]=\left[k(x-\sqrt{3})^{2}ight] $$ Thus, one of the polynomial which satisfy the given condition is $(x-\sqrt{3})^{2}$.\
