(b) : The quadratic polynomial having zeroes $\alpha$ and $\beta$ can be obtained by $k\left(x^{2}-(\alpha+\beta) x+\alpha \betaight)$, where $k$ is any real number.\ $	herefore \quad k\left[x^{2}-(-3+5) x+(-3)(5)ight]=k\left[x^{2}-2 x-15ight]$ are the polynomials having zeroes -3 and 5 .\ So, there exists infinite number of such polynomials.\
