Distance covered by the wheel in one revolution\ $=\frac{11}{5000} \mathrm{~km}=\frac{1100000}{5000} \mathrm{~cm}=220 \mathrm{~cm}$\ Now, $2 \pi r=220$\ $\Rightarrow r=\frac{220 	imes 7}{2 	imes 22}=35 \mathrm{~cm}$\ ∴ Diameter $=2 	imes r=2 	imes 35 \mathrm{~cm}=70 \mathrm{~cm}$\
