(b, c) : Ammonium dichromate on heating below $300^{\circ} \mathrm{C}$ decomposes to give $\mathrm{N}_{2}$ and $\mathrm{Cr}(\mathrm{III})$ oxide. $$ \left(\mathrm{NH}_{4}\right)_{2} \mathrm{Cr}_{2} \mathrm{O}_{7} \xrightarrow{\Delta} \mathrm{~N}_{2}+\mathrm{Cr}_{2} \mathrm{O}_{3}+4 \mathrm{H}_{2} \mathrm{O} $$ Barium azide on heating around $180^{\circ} \mathrm{C}$ decomposes to give $\mathrm{N}_{2}$ gas and Ba . $$ \mathrm{Ba}\left(\mathrm{~N}_{3}\right)_{2} \rightarrow 3 \mathrm{~N}_{2}+\mathrm{Ba} $$
