Rate ratio $r_{NH3}/r_{HCl} = d_{NH3}/d_{HCl} = \sqrt{36.5/17} = 1.465$. Since $d_{NH3} + d_{HCl} = 200$, solving gives $d_{HCl} = 200 / 2.465 = 81.13~cm$.
