(a) : According to the law of conservation of mechanical energy, the potential energy of the bob at the extreme position ($A$ or $C$) is completely converted into kinetic energy at the mean position ($B$). At extreme position $A$, height is $H$, so Potential Energy $= mgH$. Therefore, Kinetic Energy at $B$ $= mgH$.
