(c) : For photoelectric effect, energy of the incident photon with the frequency ( $v$ ) is
$\begin{aligned} & E=\phi+E_k \ & h v=\phi+E_k\end{aligned}$
$[\because E=h v]$
$E_k=h v-\phi...(i)$
The equation (i) is in accordance with \ equation of line, $y=m x+C$
Hence, the slope of line \ represent the Planck's constant.
